Today we cross a major milestone as the Whistleblower Protection Act enters into force. This will initially cover all private employers with more than 250 employees, as well as all public employers with more than 50 employees.
If your private organisation has between 50-249 employees, the legal requirement does not yet apply to you. Of course, we advocate that legislation should not necessarily be the only reason for using such a solution, as there are many organisational benefits to be gained from a whistleblower scheme.
