General
Personal data is all kinds of information that to some extent can be attributed to you. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such information. It happens for example by common access to content if you sign up for our newsletter, participate in contests or surveys, register as a user or subscriber, otherwise use services or make purchases through the Website. We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographical location, and which pages you click at. To the extent that you give explicit consent to this and enter the information yourself, the following are also processed: (company) name, telephone number, e-mail, address and payment information. This will typically be in connection with creating a login or purchasing.

Purpose
Walor collects, processes and uses personal data where these may be necessary for us or for your activity with and in the system. The purpose of collecting, processing and using these personal data is only to offer you the respective product and services, optimize these services, to register your purchases and payments or to offer personalized advertisement. The legal basis for doing so, is the agreement concluded between the customer and Walor. In collecting, processing and using your personal data, Walor will at any time act in accordance with any applicable legislation.

Security
Walor has taken all technical and organizational measures needed to avoid your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or come to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.

Period of storage
The information is stored for the period permitted by law, and we delete it when it is no longer needed or relevant for the purpose for which it was collected. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background of storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted. In any case, personal data will be deleted within two months after the purpose for collecting or processing these data has ended or after the end of the relationship between the Data Processor and the Data Controller, unless otherwise prescribed by law.

Disclosure of information to third parties 
Disclosure of personal information and transmission of your personal data to third parties will only happen if you give your express consent thereto. The customer can ask us to stop the disclosure of personal data at any time, regardless of whether this has been agreed or the customer has otherwise consented to it. However, we do not obtain the customer's consent if we are legally obliged to disclose personal data, for example as part of a statutory reporting to a public authority. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection. This data involves for example your use of the website, which advertisements you receive and possibly clicks, geographical location, gender and age segment.
You can see which third parties are involved in the Cookie Policy. We transmit personal data to third parties only if this is necessary in the context of the contract or if it is used to target advertising. In addition, we use a number of third parties for the storage and processing of data. These process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We remain responsible to ensure that all personal data of our customers is processed in accordance with applicable law and this Personal Data Policy.

Customer’s Rights 
As a customer, you have certain rights with regards to your personal data. You can at any time exercise these rights by contacting us. Inquiries about this can be made to: fb@walor.io.

Right to revoke consent
The customer has the right to at any time withdraw their consent, where provided, to collect, process and use their personal data. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.

Access to Personal Data
You have the right to at any time have access to your personal data. The customer has the right at any time to know what data we process about him, where it comes from and what we use it for. The customer can also find out how long we keep personal data and who receives data about the customer. However, access may be restricted for reasons of privacy, trade secrets and intellectual property rights.

Right to have incorrect personal data corrected or deleted
If the customer believes that the personal data we process about the customer is inaccurate or incorrect, the customer has the right to have it corrected or deleted.

Right to oppose or limit the processing of personal data
The customer has the right to object or limit our processing of personal data. The customer may also object to our disclosure of data for marketing purposes. If the customer's objection is justified, we will stop processing and delete the customer's data unless we are required by law to keep it.

Right to Data portability
You have the right to data portability with regards to your personal data. This includes both data provided to us by the customer and those we have collected about the customer from other actors on the basis of the customer’s consent. If the customer wishes to exercise his right to data portability, the customer will receive his or her personal data from us in a commonly used, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.

Right to propose a complaint to the Data Protection Authority
You are at any time entitled to complain to the Data Protection Authority if you believe Walor does not comply with any legal requirements regarding your personal data.
